Pala shuts offices due to Covid-19

Due to the global spread of Covid-19 and the subsequent government announcement on the 23rd March 2020, as a “non-essential business”, Pala Diamond Co. will shut its trading offices and operations for the foreseeable future until further instructions from the UK Government are announced.

We will be answering queries over the phone and by email, and working hours will remain Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. Any urgent enquiries can be sent to info@paladiamonds.com and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible. While we are careful and exacting with our product, we realise that our business is about community and these are times when the entire community needs to pull together to ensure safety.

“It is with regret but out of absolute necessity that we must close our operations from both trading locations in the UK. We urge all of our trading partners to trade responsibly during this difficult period, and wish all members of our industry to keep safe and well. All pending orders will be dealt with personally on a case-by-case basis, and we will endeavour to still be of service, albeit in a reduced capacity.”
